Return/Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of the product we do not allow returns nor exchanges on any product for safety and sanitary purposes. All products are FINAL sale.
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged we will be happy to exchange the item as we pride our Company in Quality!

Damaged/Incorrect Item(s)

For any damaged or incorrect items please Contact us immediately within the first 24 hours of receiving your order to the following email address with name, description of damages/issue to kjayscustomz@gmail.com
Please keep in mind when you agree to your proof(s) - we are NOT responsible for any error you did not look over and approved accidentally. Your approval is full consent allowing us to produce your vision and make your desired custom come to life. Once that process starts any corrections will have additional fees.

Fraud / Invalid Disputes

We take PRIDE in Our Business. Our website Includes a Fraud Detector on the Back-End. If your order comes back as Medium or High Risk - your order will be IMMEDIATELY Cancelled and Funds if Taken will be Immediately Returned.
Fraud Detector is based on your history including multiple factors.
If you do not have pure intentions please do not order. Any Concerns? Contact Us.
We Have a ZERO Toleration Policy for Invalid Disputes
If you make an invalid dispute with your bank -
We have the right to and will Take Legal Action Against You Immediately.
Invalid Disputes = A Civil Matter - Why? It is considered Stealing according to the Law.
Example: If we ship your order do not dispute saying Product Not Received HOWEVER the Order was Shipped and You Signed for it and Records have been Obtained from the Shipping Company.
